Adam Roe

President

Adam Roe

Adam is a native Boise resident.  As the oldest of ten, Adam had a strong work ethic and found himself in the trades helping his father in the painting business at the age of 12.  Adam started his own business in 1985 in residential new construction.   Adam’s relationships with his customers and contractors is based on his strong ethics and fair business morals. Using the same set of standards in 2007, Adam expanded from New Residential to cover additional areas of the coatings industry including commercial, industrial and food service coatings specialty coatings.

Adam and Risa have been married since 2004 blending their families, Adam’s four,  Tony, Stephanie, Mallory, and Ryan with Risa’s one, Lexi.  Adam especially enjoys spending time with the kids having barbecues and on family vacations.

Adam’s pastimes are as diverse as his business services.  He enjoys water sports, sailing and beach bumming as well as fishing, hiking horseback riding, motorcycle riding, 4-wheeling and camping and bird hunting.  Adam’s favorite spectator sport is college football and his favorite team is – you guessed it – Boise State University!

Risa Roe

Vice President / Administrative Manager

Risa Roe

Risa’s first experience in working with business owners started at the age of 18 when she went to work for her dad as an office assistant, overseeing accounts payable, receivable and estimate/invoice management. Risa has always enjoyed helping business achieve success and helped her father’s business grow. Risa joined forces with Adam in December of 2010 to assist in Business Development and Office Management.

Through the business development, Risa’s role has expanded to many other mini roles, including Human Resources, Safety Coordinator, Business Marketing, Systems Coordinator and Projects Scheduler. Risa keeps very busy at Adam Roe Painting!

When not at work, Risa loves to spend time with her daughter, Alexia and Adam’s kids and grandchildren, riding her horse, camping, hiking, swimming or just enjoying nature.

Steve Zacharoupoulos

Chief Estimator

Steve Zacharopolous

Steve grew up in the Treasure Valley and entered into the trades with his first job as a residential finish carpenter. He has 28 years of experience in the construction industry, with 20 years in the painting business.

Steve moved into management and coordination of projects as a residential superintendent managing large projects from start to finish. From there, Steve worked in the painting industry as a commercial estimator and project manager.  Steve came to work at Adam Roe Painting in March of 2008 and helped to catapult Adam Roe Painting into the commercial painting arena with his estimating and management skills.

Steve is known as the Sheriff here at Adam Roe Painting as the guy to notice when things need to get back on track!  His commitment to the company’s success has always been evident as he puts his heart into his job.

Steve enjoys camping, fishing, and bicycling in the beautiful Boise Basin. Steve takes pride in his bountiful vegetable garden each year growing the “best Yukon potatoes in Idaho.” Steve is also a gourmet cook specializing in the cuisine of his Greek ancestors.

Project Manager

Austin Lane

Austin grew up in Idaho city and started in construction at the early age of 14, he has learned many trades and skills along his way. Austin spent a years in the custom residential world before moving into concrete. He worked his way to Forman and machine operator until finally finding his way to the project management field. Austin worked in the residential market for a time until finding his way to us at Adam Roe Painting. Austin enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the mountains. He loves his dogs and catching fish whenever he gets the chance.

Estimator

Keith Allred

Keith was born and raised in Southern California where he honed his business skills in both Financial as well as Operational management. With all that California had to offer, Keith developed interests in both motorcycle riding as well as sport skydiving.

In 1995, Keith moved to Meridian and, along with a childhood friend, began what was to quickly become a successful blueprint company. ASG Blueprint was profitable within the first year and continued to grow during each of the 12 succeeding years before being sold in 2007.

Looking for a new challenge, Keith began to enhance his skills in areas such as Business Condulting, Business Development, and Commercial Estimating. He joined the ARP team in 2023 and is excited to be a key contributor to our continued growth.

Happily married for 23 years, Keith is the proud father of 2 college graduates.

Field Operations Manager

Jorge B. Ramirez

Jorge grew up in Southern California. He learned the trade of painter and moved up the Union Ladder to a foreman where he worked before coming to Boise, Idaho in 2014. Jorge’s industry knowledge combined with his loyalty and excellent people skills allowed him to quickly move up to Foreman. When there was a position available to assist the management team in Project Management and Field Operations Management, Jorge was promoted. Jorge is the proud father of 2 beautiful children and enjoys spending his time away from work with the family or playing music in part-time band. Jorge’s favorite food is pizza, and he is an animal lover.

Launa McIntyre

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Launa McIntyre

Launa was born in Portland, Oregon where she lived for 12 years. She moved to Utah for 6 years and Vegas for 30 years. In May 2011, Launa moved to Nampa to be near her family. 

Launa graduted from Dixie High School in 1981 and shortly after continued her education at Evans Cosmetology College.

She has worked in accounting for 36 years and in construction for 26 of those years. She loves working at Adam Roe Painting where there is a family-like atmosphere and she feels appreciated and needed.

She has been married for 36 years and is the proud mother of a son, daughter-in-law, two grandsons and a granddaughter.

She loves camping every other weekend with my family and grandkids. She plays Piano, Organ & Violin, as well as crochet, knit and cross-stitch.

Administrative Assistant

Amy Grosbeck

Amy was born in Southern Utah and raised in Las Vegas. She went to college in eastern Idaho where she met her husband. They moved to the Treasure Valley in 2003 and decided this is where they wanted to raise their family. They have three boys and three girls who are all growing up and keeping them very busy. Amy is an outdoorsy person and loves activities such as camping, hiking, bike riding, fishing, boating, volleyball, football, and pretty much anything else with her family. Amy enjoys accounting/administrative duties and believes it’s a very important aspect of successful companies. She is organized and takes joy and satisfaction in accomplishing tasks set before her. She’s been told many times she has a refreshing smile and positive can-do attitude.
